Finding reasons & ways to slow down and pause for repair in a fast paced world

Thank you for visiting with me here. I'm Delphine, and I am a graduate student currently studying and working to get my Masters Degree in Marriage + Family Therapy. My passions lie in digging deep, exploring, and figuring out what makes us tick, what is motivating, and what is encouraging.  I am interested in helping my clients to "lean in" to their deep and sometimes hidden intuitive nature and their instinctive intelligence, and I am "all about" promoting a slower pace and fostering awareness of stubborn stuck habits and connections (within and in Community)  on the journey to authentic health and self-driven wisdom. I offer those invitations through slow movement, custom tea formulas, workshops, and ongoing resilience yoga sessions  & curated explicitly for you and your needs for Nutrition consultation.

My mission: "never stop creating a loving world," began with myself. By asking myself powerful questions, I am getting to the heart of the kind of person I truly want to be in this world. Being honest with myself and noticing the places I had hidden or guarded myself was a challenging process, but one which has brought me closer to expressing from an authentic place.

Having taught yoga for over two decades, I now share this focus on you and your relationship with yourself. Encouraging you to know you have the answers and are the expert of your life. I understand that you might be here because you juggle numerous responsibilities and manage countless tasks simultaneously. And that now may be the time for you to replenish your well-being so you can continue giving from a place of abundance and vitality. From a cup, fully resourced and hopefully overflowing.

True healing requires genuine rest, which can be increasingly challenging to achieve in our fast-paced world. We often find ourselves in a continuous cycle of adaptation and change. It's crucial to repair the damage caused by a lifetime of fight-or-flight responses, survival mode, and the demanding circumstances affecting our nervous systems. As a global community, we are accelerating at a time when we should be slowing down to connect with our inner wisdom, inner peace, and true nature.

Studies tell us that connection is the antidote to addiction. When we feel trapped in addictive patterns or comfort-seeking behaviors, we often experience isolation and shame. The remedy for these feelings is fostering connection and the creativity that comes from moving closer to our true selves. In 2023, I embarked upon a journey to eliminate anything that served as an obstacle to deeper intimacy (without too much unhealthy restriction) with the goal of establishing a more profound connection with myself. As a nature & enthusiast, A therapeutic yoga instructor, a Clinical Herbalist, A Nutritionist, Health and Wellness Provider an MFT in training, I am here now, to share this journey and my mission.
