This entire experience is meant to be in harmony with your healing. So often, in physical practices, we try to "be the boss " of our bodies; in this class, you are encouraged to follow your breath and your body’s lead.
Go slow, check-in, and pause when something doesn't feel right for you.If your wrists or elbows cannot bear weight, please practice child's pose. If child's pose hurts, take a moment to lay on your back with your large pillow or bolster under your knees. Or try out any of these restorative heart-opening postures.
